You have an excellent person and to me those qualities include being a good listener, kind, courteous and knows his inventory that will best suit your needs. This person is Tony Pirlot, he has all of those qualities and more. He is a great asset to your company for his exemploratory skills and being a genuine great person.
 
He made me feel at ease & that is very important which you do not see these days.

I bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid from Newman…wow, what a vehicle and what a dealership. From picking out the vehicle, setting up financing, dealing with the service department and even the office staff…I am treated very respectfully.

I have been taking my vehicles to Newman Chevrolet since 1991. I have never received less than outstanding service from the entire Newman Team. The work performed is doen when they say it will be done, and more importantly to me, it is done correct. I have never had to take a vehicle in for the same problem twice. I also ver much appreciate the way the service team explains things in simple terms without making me feel stupid. They explain the problem then present me with my options.
